Alvey Pratt is the Director of Freighter Conversions and Complex Modifications for Boeing Global Services. Pratt is responsible for program execution of the 737 and 767 Boeing Converted Freighters and complex modifications in Long Beach, Calif. In addition to leading the capabilities, business units and sales, additional responsibilities include contract fulfilment (cost, schedule, quality, and technical), proposal approval, program-level P&L management, and customer satisfaction.
Pratt has been with Boeing for 18 years and most recently was the Senior Finance Manager for Commercial Business Development & Growth within Boeing Global Services. In this role, Pratt held financial responsibility for new products and services business case as well as investment analysis to meet growth targets.
Previously, Pratt was the Finance leader for Boeing Fleet Management including Global Fleet Care and Component Services programs. Pratt also spent several years as the General Manager of Boeing Technology Services (BTS), where he led the sales, marketing, and contract execution for an array of enterprise-wide engineering and developmental manufacturing services. Other past assignments include Senior Manager of Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) International Finance, Finance leader of BCA Technology, BCA R&D Financial Operations Integrator, and 737 Financial Planning Analyst.
Prior to Boeing, Pratt lived in South Korea where he served as an intelligence agent for the U.S. Army Security Agency. Pratt has a Bachelor’s in Marketing and is currently finishing his Masters in Communications and Leadership at Gonzaga University. Pratt has a passion for travel, cooking, golf, and spectator sports.
